This accommodation is entirely non-smoking. In case of smoking, a special cleaning fee + compensation for not being able to receive the next day's reservation will be charged, totaling 500,000 won.

Please wash the dishes and sort the recycling when you check out (additional cleaning fees may apply).

Please take off your shoes inside the accommodation.

Pets are not allowed.

This is a typical residential area where you can rest quietly in the evening, away from the busy districts of Hongdae, Hapjeong, and Mangwon. Therefore, please be mindful of noise after 9 PM.

In the scene where the Gganbu grandfather plays marbles, the grandfather becomes lost in memories, saying the game set looks just like the neighborhood of his childhood.

Our accommodation is not an apartment or villa, but an old-style Korean detached house (on the 2nd floor, the owners—a real-life Gganbu grandfather and grandmother—actually live ).

Because of this, due to the nature of a detached house with a yard, insects may come in from outside or appear.

However, to prevent that as much as possible, our accommodation receives regular monthly visits for pest control and management services from Cesco, Korea's No.1 pest extermination company.

Nevertheless, due to the nature of a ground-floor detached house, it cannot be completely ruled out, so we are informing you in advance
