No. StayPeek requires no integration, no installation, and no development work.

Hotels choose and manage their plan's published content slots in the Guest Concierge Builder. For Airbnb hosts we build and maintain the page, and hosts add the places they want through place requests.

Content is kept under review: closed places and unplayable videos are removed automatically, and new videos are added as they clear our curation bar.

The guide opens in the guest's language. 15 languages are supported.

Monthly subscriptions start on the day your page goes live and are charged on the same date each month. Annual subscriptions cover one year from the live date. The setup fee is a one-time charge at the time of application.

Yes. Each home gets its own page at staypeek.com/your-stay: a neighborhood guide guests open during the trip, and a page about the home that search engines and AI assistants can read. Apply at staypeek.com/hosts without creating an account — we build the page for you.

We choose 30 places around the home when the page opens. If there are places you want every guest to know, we add up to 20 more of your own picks — 50 at most, so the map and list stay easy to use on a phone.

Only to your Airbnb listing. StayPeek does not take payments or bookings, and other booking links cannot be added.

You pay when you apply — the setup fee on the monthly plan, or the first year on the annual plan — and we start building right away. The monthly subscription is prepaid and starts on the day your page goes live. Within 7 days of payment and before your page goes live, you can get a full refund from your dashboard. After the page goes live, payments are not refunded.

No. StayPeek is provided by a US company (StayPeek, Inc.), so instead you receive an English invoice (PDF) showing your business registration number plus the card slip, and you can book the expense with those two. Corporations and sole proprietors (general or simplified taxpayers) pay the net price with no VAT once they enter a business registration number at checkout, and either a company or personal card is fine. As a payment to a foreign company, it is not eligible for input VAT credit. If you use the service for a VAT-taxable business such as lodging, proxy VAT payment does not apply (VAT Act Article 52); for a VAT-exempt business, please check with your tax accountant.

Yes. Search for the place by name or address under Place requests in your dashboard. If it already has a suitable video we check it and add it. If not, we look for one the following month and once more three months later, and tell you the result either way. We cannot add a place without a suitable video.

Hotels can apply from this site — your page will be ready within 5 business days. Airbnb hosts apply at staypeek.com/hosts.
